Hotel Klarinn Prague Castle

This place suits me perfectly. It offers great amenities like free wi-fi, a cozy bar area, and air conditioning. I'll always remember how the staff helped me with currency exchange. I plan to return for Christmas!

Very central and close to all main attractions - walking distance. Close to tram, metro and bus. Hotel staff (24h reception) very helpful. Our apartment was exactly as pictures on Booked.net/hotel website, so no surprises. Nice view to the castle and Charles bridge. When living so central I Prague you must expect some noise from the street, but when the double windows to the room are closed it is not a problem at all. The hotel was fully booked but we heard minimun noise from other guests. Breakfast a little poor for a four star hotel. We had very good weather for our 4 days stay and it would have been nice if the Garden was open.

Experiencing lukewarm water daily made showering uncomfortable in cold weather. The bathroom lacked essentials like a shower and towel hooks, and there was no hot water on the first day. Breakfast options were disappointing, with only a few cold eggs for numerous guests, and the coffee was subpar. The eating area was unkempt, with plaster falling from the ceiling and spider webs throughout. Limited amenities like only three hangers in the closet felt inadequate for a longer stay.

All in all decent place - spacious rooms, nice interior, great location walking distance from all points of interest. Breakfast not superb, but fair enough.

When making the booking I asked if airport transfer could be provided and also specifilcally asked for upper floor room. I never got answer to the first question and got the room at the ground floor. The way I understood it from the receptionist is not like they couldn't provide any of it, but simply didn't pay attention to my request. A bit disappointing...

Great location, just a 7-minute walk to the old town. The reception staff treated us like friends, even helping with a late check-out. The Victorian-style decor gave the room a cool, movie-like vibe.

The hotel is in a great location for any walking is just over the bridge from the Old town and just down the road from the Castle. We stayed for a weekend and would stay again. Great staff, room was kept clean and buffet breakfast was ample and fresh.

Location near to the metro station as well as Prague Castle in 15 minutes. Nearby Restaurace Cerny Orel - great place to chill out.

My room had a fantastic view of the castle, and location was perfect for exploring. It was spacious and comfortable, though the shower could use an upgrade. Excellent experience!

Wonderful location, just a 5-10 minute walk to the old town. Right across the street from the metro and short walk to the castle district. The front desk was very helpful and let us store our bags following our 6am arrival. The bathroom looked like it had recently been remodeled. Very comfortable bed.

The first floor room is almost on street level. I'd request to stay on one of the upper floors if possible.

A downtown location close to a metro station and a park, a large room, a large and well decorated bathroom, air conditioning, soundpoofing; a nice old and well restored building. Front desk personnel speak good English, friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is generally o'k, but the coffee and the orange juice substitute are of poor quality. It is great that one can get fried eggs, omelette and pancakes on order, but they are not very tasty (eggs too salty and cooked with a bad fat; pancakes dry). Cleaning lady once left my room unlocked. Minor improvements can be easily done: towels are changed every day (which is too often for me) and are placed on the bed instead of the bathroom, there should be a trash bin in the living room.

Charming room with castle views near local cafes. Air conditioning barely worked, making the stay uncomfortable at times.

Hotel has an awesome location overlooking the Prague Castle. Everything is at a walking distance.

Very few TV channels, restaurant closes at 10, no room service.
